The focus of this practice is further development of more advanced techniques and movement. During practice, climbers will be working at a faster pace with a higher intensity. There will be more demand on physical output and completion of the specific task at hand. In addition to a higher level of climbing, the coaches incorporate physical training/conditioning into the practice. This training will focus on the development of full body muscle needed to climb at a higher level. Kids are expected to train 1-2 additional days per week with workouts provided by the coach. The ability of climbers in this practice will range from 5.11+ to 5.12+ on routes, and V3-V6 bouldering.
