Joe has been climbing over 15 years, and has been route setting for the past 14 years. He started coaching 5 years ago, and created one of the most dominant teams in the U.S. Accolades of that program include winning the ABS and SCS Regional Team Championship the past two years, and placing in the top ten at the Nationals Team Award for the past three years. Starting in November 2009, he moved his team into the Scottsdale Life Time Fitness and created the AZ Inferno Climbing Team.
